I have a EG4 18K Inverter, works well except for (Quick Charge) When I click on Quick Charge the screen will indicate charging but no voltage from grid to batteries.
I have 3 EG4 48V LL batteries.

It actually does work me, i’ve been using it daily for a while

Edit: just to make it more clear, when I click the quick charge button on the iphone app, it always works for me after SS changed me system to gris assist. When i was en eps mode, it did not work

Strange that it only works in grid assist mode. I wonder what the reasoning behind that is ?

correct, it should work in both modes. So do you have yours in eps mode?

Yes, we use it 99% off grid. I throw the grid breaker if our batteries are very low but this has become less of an issue as it cools down here in Florida.

Any updates on this thread? I also find the "quick charge button" to say it's working but then it's not actually working. I have the inverter setup to self usage mode with the power pro battery.

Set time slot 3 in AC Charge setting. Then it will work everytime you select quick charge
