I have my unit set in ECO mode with a "On Grid EOD SOC(%)" set to 30% with the intention of a reserve of battery in case of prolonged clouds and low solar production. This happened recently and my system was running in Bypass (grid due to days of rain), and the grid went down. My assumption was that the transfer switch would immediately go to battery uninterrupted. Not the case. Everything lost power during the transfer. The system does not go from grid to battery in the 20ms transfer for uninterrupted power?
Mabe i misunderstood how to set this up properly?
