EMT conduit one foot off the ground

Will this be acceptable by the inspector?

I am in PA. We had no snow this year.
I could so dig away the berm to move it lower as it is a pretty serious slope

Not an electrician but IMO this is fine. EMT is good in areas subject to damage but not “severe damage”. IMO severe damage isn’t something you’ll find in a residence, bc that is mutually exclusive with habitability.

EDIT: on a wall. If in a place where it will be regularly stepped on RGD may be better.
