Howdy all,

I'm having a little trouble with a new battery build and wanted to see if anyone has seen the same and has recommendations.

I'm setting up eight(8) 280 amp LifePO4 cells with an OverKill Solar 8S BMS. When I charge the battery directly with a DC power supply or through an Renogy Rover 40A MPPT SCC, four of the cells go to 3.65 and trip the overvoltage protection, while four of them never seem to go above 3.4 I did buy the cells from 18650 BatteryStore on two different dates: 05 Sep 22 and 17 Nov 22.

8s BMS 100a LifePo4 with 12" 8ga Wires

EVE LF280K Grade A Cells - 3.2V LiFePO4 280Ah Battery

I'm attaching the BMS app screenshot and the BMS and SCC configuration screenshots.

Any suggestions are certainly welcome.

Take care,
Terry
