We installed a 15kwh felicity lithium battery with 7.5kva IVPM felicity inverter just days ago and while imstallation was ongoing, the inverter suddenly went off. A closer look at the battery shows that two of the indicator lights were on (1&3). After turning off and on, it started working but this has happened severally after then with the alternate lights (1&3 or 2&4) turning on at different times. Pls, what could be the problem?
