Got a message from Pytes today Jan 4 2024 : " Our Forest 12K and Forest 15K（E-Box 48100R with Solark inverter）have been approved in the CEC energy storage system list."
(I recently rcvd my 18kPV ESS... but this was my next choice...cheapest two ways in for a compliant system, for me. Totally off grid with new construction, Permits, Colorado, El Paso County. BTW my permit was recently approved with the 18KPV and Ground mount under 7' with no structural permit needed for the DIY Rack.
