General question about AIO with multiple unused MPPTs and efficiency.

Do inverters with multiple MPPTs power on all MPPTs when any MPPTs is receiving solar or just the individual MPPT?


My specific use case
My array is 9,000 watts and I'm currently using mppt 2 and 3. Prior to installing optimizers I used three strings arranged to limit the impact of shading.

Now that Im using Optimizers, Would wiring my entire array through MPPT 1 increase efficiency? (Combining 2/3 string would be under the MPPT1 limit)

Good question.
I would assume that since all MPPT's require a minimum voltage to "wake up". They remain dormant until that voltage threshold is reached.
