I was looking forward to Andy reviewing this battery due to the inbuilt active balancer. However, it appears that the inbuilt balancer runs all the time so you need to specify the 4A Bluetooth balancer so that you can set the balancing voltage, unless there is a way to put in a voltage-controlled relay to turn the inbuilt balancer on at a set voltage.
I looked at the pricing myself and it is getting close to $5K AUD before shipping, which is significant. Down under we also pay the Australia tax which means basically we get shafted on price for everything. US pickup trucks in Australia being a case in point.
I was hoping the Gobel battery would suit my needs, looks like I will need to keep on searching unless the price drops.
