Growatt 12kw 48v Remote Port setup

I just wanted to have a simple switch to shutdown my Growatt from a few feet away as rapid shutdown.
How to setup remote port?

I contacted Growatt support said that the remote port (see pic) “will not work” and kept on insisting of buying the wifi dongle instead. Not so helpful. D port fits a RJ11 phone jack wire.
I tried shorting d phone wires in diff ways red yellow, red brown, etc but no luck.

Turned out to be RJ12(phone wire with 6 conductors) that works.
