I am missing one of the cables for my Growatt 5000 needed for a parallel setup. Signature Solar is out of them, and they can't seem to tell me if it is a straight through db9 rs 232 serial cable, because if I knew, I would just get one elsewhere instead of waiting for them to get them--whenever that will be. I need 2 cables and only have 1. Can anyone tell me if it's that kind of cable? This is the cable I need.
