Hi, I have a install with 6 3k inverters in parallel split phase with 4 clusters of 5 axe 5.0 connected through growatt hubs. Using the recommended 1 host inverter to control the 4 clusters works fine untill 1 pack of the 20 goes offline and all packs shut down so fast the backup generator, a 20 K Kohler, does not start up. the home looses power and goes dark. The generator feeds all 6 inverters via the AC input but is controlled by the #1 host inverter via the contact closures. There is no grid power input. There is no ATS in use. I have removed 1 bad pack and reconfigured the system as 2 controlled clusters via 2 inverters. Seems to work, but is not a recommended config by growatt. Has anyone used this many axe 5.0 with multiple inverters before? Does anyone have suggestions how to control the 20 batteries with redundant control from inverters ? All batteries are in parallel to all inverters with only software switches to disconnect power, as per growatt.
