I’ve had this inverter for around 4 years now. Took me a while to dial everything in as I built my battery myself, but it has mostly powered our 240V water well for all of that time. However about a year ago, it started randomly tripping off with an output out of range fault. It tends to happen in the morning when the battery state of charge is the lowest (but still around 51-53V). The AC output voltage just starts dropping way off, down to less than 100. It sometimes rises and resumes nominal operation, It sometimes oscillates around 240, then settles back in. Or it times out after being out of range and shuts down. It does seem to happen when it is under load. I have my low battery voltage set relatively high (50V), so it would not seem to be starved for battery power. Any ideas as to what is going on?
