GSL PowerWall SOC sudden drop from 40% to 2%

My GSL 200A Powerwall SOC suddenly dropped from around 40% to 2%, and now won't charge. The soc is the same on the inverter and the battery menu. Anyone seen anything like this? I have a Deye (GSL inverter). The chart below shows what happened.

I noticed no one has answered. I hope You have had some luck in figuring it out.

Following up on this, I turned the battery off in my TOU settings, so that it was never asked to power any loads. After a while, the SOC started to show more normal readings, and now, a year later, it seems to be working more or less normally. I wish I knew what, if anything, I did to fix it. I'm on a new TOU rate plan with the PoCo, so the battery sees less use than it normally would.

Curious what the actual battery voltage was versus the SOC. Sounds like it wasn't reflecting reality (common occurrence with many battery BMS units.
