Has anyone retrofit their Multiplus II to get rid of PWM "fan rattle noise"

My fan sounds like its coming off the bearings, its horrible. Brand new unit one day old. How can they sell something with this kid of noise?
Not good!

I'd update the firmware to the latest and see how it affects your situation before doing any 'retrofit'. The video suggests as much.

seems to be in the 'up to and including' of the chart @Brucey posted above. Indeed, if you have one of the inverters in the chart, your distributor should be able to get the retrofit kit for you, @OffGridIdaho

I think the issue is bigger in the sense that SN outside the published document (a new unit recently manufactured) still have the issues and 25hz PWM signal.

Def seems like something Victron should have been on top of making an improvement. I guess firmware updates are much easier that running hardware changes.
