I'll apologize in advance if this question is already answered somewhere else. I've searched, but I'm new and still learning my way around. I've read several great articles on the site including Grounding Basics: Solar Panels and Ground Fault Protection (GFP) on Solar Arrays by @FilterGuy. For a number of reasons, I have exactly the situation shown on Page 4 of Ground Fault Protection (GFP) on Solar Arrays: I'll have three arrays, each with 4 Panels arranged in series. Nominal VOC of each array is ~150V, with a maximum low temp voltage of 209VDC PV input to each SCC. (Each array will be ~11 amps). I can find a multiple pole GFCI breaker rated at 150VDC, but I have not been able to find one rated for the 209VDC which the arrays may see (it does get that cold where I live). Does anyone know if a 3 or 4 pole GFCI with a rating of 250VDC exists? Thanks.
