Help with Winnebago Minnie Winnie

Does anyone have any experience or recommendations running solar wire through the roof and down the back wall of a new Winnebago that unfortunately came with no solar pre wire. I’ve installed the panels, solar board, and battery. Now all I need is to connect the solar input to the breaker on the board. It's a brand new unit so I don’t want to make any mistakes.

The normal "no holes" installation is to run the solar wires down the fridge vent stack IF you have a top vent fridge . If you have a new DC fridge MAYBE the plumbing vent stack, TV antenna mount.
If drilling holes are are in your future then a RV solar roof entry gland is your best choice

These come in various sizes and shapes, they stick to the wall/ceiling

OR most RV cabinets have a false bottom where the factory runs all the wires for lights and switches. Just pry up the inside bottom carefully, you may have to drill through some stringers, but that easy. Most of the time the bottom is stapled in and you can carefully reinstall it with the same staples.

Thank you! Once I do make entry through a vent or gland, how do I snake the wire to the back?

As mentioned, check the fridge vent. Most cases you can get below the floor and onto the frame easy and accommodates easy routing. If that works for ya, usually the easiest way.
