Things like refrigerators, air-cons, compressors, ect. typically draw 3-5X their running watts for 1 second right at startup.
A good rule of thumb is you need twice as many watts of panels as what your load it to successfully power the load. In your case, this might be 9000W of panels. If this is an air-con, then likely you'll need a startup surge wattage of 13500 to 23000W.
