HELP!

I have an outback system on my 1000 sqft off grid cabin near Hinkley-Sandstone..... I can not find anyone willing to come out and re set-repair the system for me. I am not looking for a handout but a legit service call. I am newly handy caped and just cant do that stuff yet. Any direction would be great,
