High voltage DC relay & low Voltage coil....

I am looking for a high voltage DC relay than can take 220 -240v DC for at least 4 hours and not over heat and burn up....any suggestions? I have been toying with hot water heater straight from my panels with about 97 or so volts at about 13 amps and using it on top of tank with good results, not so much for the thermostat. So I want to run the control circuit through the thermostat and run 220v dc from a dedicated panel bank of 16. 8 panels to the one element and 8 panels to the other element. the cycle water to upstairs 50gal tank then start process over when it reaches temp. this way I can have up to 100gal of hot water for free.....
