How to maintain 50% SOC when away from the boat?

Hi everyone, my set up is 48V 90AH lifepo4 in a 16s daly bms. My problem is how to set the soc at 50% for the whole day. It is always falling to zero even if it is at 3.65V/ cell.

How are you determining SOC is falling to zero?
