EagleRise 5kVA 1:2 or 2:1 (Buck/Boost) transformer:
This transformer was bought for a $500 for my son's camper he was full-timing in on the homestead, which sold this weekend. It has been mounted on the side of the cabin since 2019 out of the sun, and is in great shape! Never saw more than 50%load.
We used it for a 240v to 120v as the camper pulled a lot & I didn't want to off-balance our cabin feed.
It's HEAVY! Like 80-100lbs!
In our residential world it can be used for 5000w:
240v to 120v. (Up to 20amp in, 40amp out)
120v to 240v (Up to 40amp in, 20amp out)
120v to 240/120v
I was going to keep it, as a single phase inverter is a hella lot cheaper than a split phase. But then we went with an Ecoflow rather than DIY so here it is.
PickUp 30miles East of Columbus Ohio, or BUY PAYS SHIPPING which isn't cheap given the size & weight.
