I found a cool sign on ebay for my Solar Shed

I have a "Utilities Department" sign on mine.
Cut a hole in the floor of a 20' shipping container for the well head,
Batteries, inverters, water tanks, well head, extra pump wired & plumber ready for install, rebuild kits and my first Onan generator all in there.

As time/money allowed, I put a floor drain in, French drains under it, pilings for foundation, insulated it outside with foam board and poured concrete walls, when those were strong enough, insulated the top and poured a slab cap, then earth sheltered it.

Mostly constant temp, can't flood, metal inside with sprinklers & floor drain so it can't burn, and since I live in 'tornado alley' a tornado can't carry it off.

Bug proof, flood proof, tornado proof, 200 gallons of pressurized water to automatic sprinklers so it's mostly fire proof.
My wife calls it 'Home & Bunker' ;)
