Front indeed looks like seplos, the rest not.

If possible, take a picture of the insides, and the BMS pcb and can tell you much more

That case is "Generic" and available from many vendors, juts like the PC Cases used for clone PC's.
You have to pop the top and identify the cells within (QR Codes & other labels)
The BMS may also be an indicator - some are open, some are locked, others may be VAR (Value Added Reseller) and branded/labeled.
Seplos, Pace, TDT all have similar connections (RJ Plugs) and screen, so that is not enough to tell. If you can power up and see the settings etc GOOD, then maybe if you figure out which it is, possibly get the software for it.
