I was wandering around my array the other day and I saw the IMO box was open on the bottom. The screw had popped out, so I tried screwing back in. It was acting like it was stripped out on the inside plastic. I squirted some E6000 in the screw hole and let it dry overnight. Next day the box tightened up! Whew!
I had tried contacting SS customer service since I bought this from them. "Lindsey" said she would ask around the warehouse for part sizes? and try to call me back with an answer. She didn't take my phone number or name so I'm pretty sure I just got the blow off. Oh well, solved myself.
