Hi All,
I will appreciate any input on my plan to install the EG4 3000 and 2 LL batteries
as the heart of my electrical system on a new van build. A 30 amp rv plug will supply 120v in and the output will go to circuit breaker panel for distribution. Basically, it will be like the portable power cart Will has done a video on. The difference will be permanent mounting, hard wiring to a breaker box and outlets. A 12 volt step down transformer will supply the 12 volt appliances.
Yes, this not my first van conversion and I installed an EG4 split phase system as a home backup.
If anyone has done this I have questions about vibration, types of wire and connectors and safety and reliability.
