Does anyone have a list or spreadsheet of Inverter Brand, Model number vs who actually manufactures it?

If not, I will start putting one together.

I didn't know that Deye makes the Sol-Ark.

I know that Voltronic makes a number of inverters, as does SRNE, but which ones?

It would be best to make this public so the buyers can better understand what they are buying.

Perhaps Will can host it on this forum somehow?

Interesting thread. Can we pull this together information from those that know:
I agree this would be great information to assist with comparing models, prices, features.

Deye -SunSynk, SolArk - ? (is Amensolar in this group?)
LuxPower - Sungold - ? Fortress Power Envy
Voltronic - MPP, EG4 6500 - Axpert, others - clone=MUST
SRNE - EAsun, PowMR -Sungold
MegaRevo - Amensolar
Growatt - Growatt! - possible their entry level stuff is built for them under agreement?
Edits in RED

I don't know for sure if the above groups are accurate - the number of inverters and who makes what is bewildering.

It would be good to know which are available 120/240 split phase vs which will need a transformer added,
which are less than 50W idle vs more than 50W idle.

I almost certain Lux Power doesn't make anything for sungold
Lux is making the eg4 6000xp and 18kpv, I believe they are also selling a rebranded 12k (18kpv) under other companies.

SRNE also makes at least 1 for sungold. The Midnite DIY series is also made by SRNE iirc.
Voltronic also makes /made the 6000ex. They make the tp6048 and tp6548 for sungold as well as others.

Lets hope not! That thread went off the rails.
When the discussion goes down a dark path, I generally just drop those threads.

My current setup is three MPP6048's in parallel and these run my business 100%, and most of my home (next door).
I have seen peaks of 17kW and the system never let me down. All good right?
All good until November-December the cloudy overcast days in my region. This is when the stand-by current eats up a big chunk of the available solar each day and I start thinking about what I will go with to replace the 6048's.

Maybe someone can chime in with a suggestion? {First suggestion: start a new thread :ROFLMAO: }
I imagine a pair of 12kW inverters, 48v
with low idle consumption,
I don't have RSD or AFDD now, and don't want to pay premium rates to get bells and whistles I don't use.
I don't back-feed the grid (and don't want to)
I don't zero-export (and don't want to)
When I need supplemental charging I want to use a Chargeverter - not the AC-inputs of the inverter.
High -votage PV DC (450-500v) would be nice to reduce wire size for new PV expansions (all the near-by south facing roof spaces are full)
I am not against going with an EU style 240v inverter plus transformer if I need to (many of the shop loads are 240 anyway).
Something in the $2,000USD per unit range would suit me.
Ideas?

Smart move.
Roughly where are you at? North of the Soo ? As in Sault St Marie? I'm a former troll. That's a Michigander who lives under the bridge! :)
Now I'm a Hoosier. An Indiana-ite. Yeah, we are all Hoosiers, but no one knows why! :giggle:
Considering the cost to swap inverters, aren't you better off grabbing some power off the grid for a few hours with your charge-verter?
The cloudy months suck.

I’ll try and make a spreadsheet this weekend of the 20 or so inverters off hand with OEM manufacturers.
There was a google doc going but it hasn’t been maintained it would seem

I would have to look into that.
I thought that Sigineer was a copy.
Per sigineer they were the OEM for those units which is why they also offered them in other sizes that Growatt didn’t. I suppose it’s entirely possible that the sigineer rep wasn’t forthcoming

The Soo - way down South! LOL
Yeah closer to Dryden, in the farm land near by, about 30 minute drive. lots of space, not a lot of people, Works for me. Lots of sun-shine.

Yeah, I use the charging option this time of year.
I just see what the solar for the day was, and top it up with grid-charge if the solar did less than 30kWh for the day so we are good for the night. If there is a storm in the forcast, I charge up to 100% to have max battery available in case of an outage. Power outages are pretty common when you live among tall trees and power lines. :ROFLMAO:

I used some grid, last night. Been raining and cloudy for the last week.
Back off grid, an hour after sunrise. Managed to pull 36kwh from the sky, today. And the sun is supposed to visit tomorrow, too.
This time of year, sucks.
