I have a bad cell in one of my A123 24v batteries. Still new as a DIYer. Looking for ways to replace the cell to restore the battery to 100% working levels. If anyone has a bad battery I could harvest from.... or if anyone is more knowledgable on some other way to replace or maybe even reconfigure the whole battery, I'm open to ideas. What are ALL my options?
