Jet Pump backflow prevention

I recently got a 2nd 1.6HP jet pump with integrated 5 gal pressure tank to water a new garden area from IBC totes. The pump continuously cycles on/off. Couldn't find any leaks but I could hear water flowing in the garden hoses when the pump turned off. Traced it down the the pumps INLET. Pump turns on, pressurizes tank, turns off when pressure achieved and water in the pressure tank goes back through the inlet and back into the IBC tote causing the pump to turn on again since the pressure is now gone and the pattern repeats. I wish they had the other pump I had purchased as that works like a charm, but they were out of stock everywhere, so I had to get a different brand.

I thought I could fix this with a simple garden hose backflow preventer/vacuum breaker/check valve like these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BKVWZM6C

Problem is the backflow preventer has holes on the downstream side to relieve pressure, so it basically does the same thing as before except the backflow coming from the inlet now sprays everywhere until the 5 gallon tank is empty, and then the pump turns back on and cycles.

What I need is a backflow preventer with no pressure relief/no holes in the backflow preventer. Basically just a simple one way valve.

I can't seem to find anything like that. Any suggestions?

We always had a check valve on the pump outlet before the pressure tank on the pump in the barn. ~1.25", I'd have to think it's common for a not submersible pump.

Thanks everyone, I ended up finding one and ordering this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BXLJHNP2

I guess it's due to not knowing the terminology for what I was searching for...the only things that came up for me at first were the the ones with the holes. Probably because I was searching for garden hose threaded instead of one specifically for a pump.
