Has anyone had any success in getting JK to replace their BMS?(purchased on 4/30/24) I have 2 batteries, with the identical BMS (PB2A16S20P). One fails repeatedly during discharge or charge. I've isolated it to the BMS overheating and shutting down(So hot you cannot leave your finger on it). I can cool it and it will immediately come back to life. However, I need to manually restart. It requires a push of the button to wake it back up.
I purchased these directly from JK on AliExpress and am communicating with them about the issue. My concern is that after a week delay with no response from the technician reviewing the issue, the person on the other side is suggesting that it might be environmental issue or the batteries overheating themselves. I've checked with Infrared, and the batteries are not getting very warm. And logically since they are identical, they both should fail if that's the real cause. (other than individual battery issue or connection issue, but I would see that in infrared.)
