JK Smart BMS (JK-B2A20S20P) / Solis integration ?

Hello,
I bought a Solis Hybrid inverter (6kw) and I am building 48v 280amp EV battery pack
1.Do you know any way that i can run the JK BMS with solis?
2. If i will connect a second battery pack with again JK BMS, how solis inverter will react?
3. I know the Seplos BMS is a plug and play with Solis BUT it can not balance the pack well as it has a very small passive balancer.

1) You will need to check what protocols the JK BMS provides and match that with your setting on the Solis. Pylontech protocol is a common one, or the Solis will recognise plain vanilla SMA protocol too. The comms will need to be CANBus, not RS485.

2) Normally, one BMS will be defined as the master that communicates with the inverter, with secondary battery pack connected as a slave to the master battery.

3) True - but if your cells are good quality and top balanced, you will not need an active balancer or you can manually balance cells periodically yourself.
