Has anyone had any experience with the KRIËGER 1100 Watt 12V Power Inverters? I was doing a little freelance coding for an old customer today and he has one of these new in a box his brother got him for his RV, but he's sold the RV and wants to sell it to me for $45. Right now I have a dinky 400watt Cobra CT450 I found in one of the big Gaylord Recycle boxes at the warehouse a while back, it works, but limited, to say the least. Besides, it's a cheap piece of crap really. All I do is run my big laptop (HP Mobile Workstation, Engineering model with full KB W\Num pad) that uses 250watts, battery chargers for my 20v and 18v tools, but would like to run my little 1\3 HP air compressor if need be. This inverter would do it. Thoughts for an $85 inverter for $45?

I don’t have any first hand experience with that inverter, but based off the the price and reviews on Amazon, $45 sounds like a good deal for me. That’s just my .02c.

I just might buy the darn thing at that price, keep it for a spare, or to run my electrical tools. It's not going anywhere.
