Lithium Battery Charging

I am going to install in my RV a 100amp LiTime 12V battery. I already have 200W of solar and a 30amp MPPT charge controller that I am using to charge my current SLA batteries. My MPPT has a setting for charging Lithium. My question is will I hurt my LiTime charging it with the RV's current shore power unit that came with the RV? Will I hurt the battery when driving down the road having the pickup charging the RV while driving? Last thing, I see that some LiTime 12v 100amp say they are " Deep Cycle" some don't say that but the specs are the same. I do want Low Temp cut off though. Thanks for the help.

MOST of the factory converters/chargers will work with LFP batteries, but they will only charge the LFP to 80-90% SOC
