lvx6048 and EG4ll battery seems to be out of sync as far as bms reading

I finally got my system up and running and did a trial run to see how long I could power my farm using one 48v eg4ll 5kwh battery and a lvx6048 inverter. Everything went great, I was able to power my home for more than 8hrs, my only problem is the bms on the battery and the reading on my inverter and solarpower app seem to be different(almost 20% apart). I almost discharged to far bc i was using the inverter monitor and solar app which advised I had 36% battery left but when I went to the basement I was at 9% on the BMS software and BMS on the battery. I'm just wondering which one would be accurate my goal is to stop at 20% so i don't hurt my battery the BMS on my battery is showing 53.67v at 50% charge does this seem accurate? Which one would you guys recommend I follow and is there anyway to get them to all sync up id love to use the app or even the inverter screen which i have in my room so i can keep an eye on my baby I will attach a photo aswell.
