Hi, we made a parallel installation of two R8KLNA from Megarevo, after a good month of working very well, the master suddenly shut off, like completely no sound, no lights nothing. Despite having access to all 3 energy sources ( PV, Batteries and Grid ) and after countless restarts of the whole system, it still remains off today, I didn’t notice any damage in the wiring section neither burns or burned smell. Have anybody experienced this or could have an idea what happened and how could I resolve the issue?
