I need some advise. I have 6 panels and want to know the best way to use them. 3 are 75w, 18v Vmp, 4.17a Imp, 23.36v Voc, 4.28a Isc. The other 3 are 80w, 18v Vmp, 4.45a Imp, 21.81v Voc, 4.75a Isc. How can I run them all into 1 charge controller without loosing much power or should I use 2 charge controllers? Can I wire them together in Series/parallel maybe? TIA.

Normally I would say two charge controllers.
But,
At that size I wouldn't worry about it. They're not that far off from each other.

I reckon you will be good to go on a single charge controller, make sure your series/parallel arrangements don't exceed the Voc maximum of the controller and you don't over-panel to the extent the controller has to protect itself.
Generally, for series strings it's the Imp specs that need to be similar, when running in parallel you need to have the string Vmp reasonably closely matched.
