Mixing 48V 100A Lifepo4 batteries. Is it ok?

I think so. I am waiting to hear back to confirm on the new one since the spec sheet is vague.

OK - I found the manufacturer. They indeed make 2 different 100Ah batteries. One is a 48V 100Ah with 15 cells (1P15S) and the other is a 51.2V 100AH with 16 cells (1P16S). I just need to find the correct ones and I should be good to go.

The answer almost lies in your charge voltage.
