MPP PIP-1012LV have auto-restart?

Does the MPP PIP-1012LV have auto-restart? That is, if the battery shuts down because it has inadequate power/low voltage, and the grid is not available and there is inadequate solar, and then solar energy recharges the battery, will the controller start supplying power again? I ask for use in an unattended setting, where if the system goes down, I want it to recover without human intervention.

Yes, it powers right up when I reconnect the battery so it should perform the same when the voltage gets high enough.
