Need help with LG solar panels.

I have 5 of the panels shown in the photo and I need to end up with a 48V system. I have an EG4 48V controller/charger,
and one 48V 100AH battery from Signature Solar. Will someone please help me? I am a 73 year old retired blacksmith and want
to run my small man cave with this system.

Ha, I just got back from picking up 12 LG panels...

What charge controller do you have or what's the max VOC?
You'll likely be able to string all 5 in series, need to verify SCC specs first.

You will have to hook all 5 up in series and to a single mppt on the inverter.
You might get away with 3 on one mppt and 2 on the other but I'd worry about meeting minimum startup voltage in all conditions.
Do some searches on here for 6500 and 6548, you will find loads of info. Note the 6500 has a higher max mppt voltage then the 6548, other than that they are pretty much identical.
Ps. there is a filter on that inverter, keep it clean of coal dust.
