Hello,

Sorry to bother everyone with my questions, but I'm at a loss.

Background:

My dad got his Sunpower solar system installed 20 years ago. Recently, he had to get the shingles replaced, and sadly every contractor around wanted to charge an arm and a leg for the "simple" act of removing the solar panels, and restoring them once the roof was re-shingled.

So he asked his contractor friend to dismantle and remantle it. He did it, but imperfectly.

The problem:

The imperfect reconstruction of the solar power system means that there was an electrical surge. After the system was turned on, the "earth fault" light turned on, and we got the message "disturbance" with "GFDI Fuse Open". See the attached photograph.

Searching for advice on the internet, it's possible it's just a fuse tripping, so we need to get the center power unit thingy open. Can you guys recognize what specific model of unit this is, and what specific tool we need to open it?

Thanks in advance for your time.
