Breakers on the the negative are uncommon as the idea is you don't want to break the connection to ground.
Those look like cheap amazon breakers, and they're notoriously unreliable.
Swap the (-) and (+) breakers. See if the problem moves.
EDIT: loose connections generate heat and can contribute to breaker tripping. Also, you should never run more than 80% of rated current through a fuse or breaker as they will eventually trip.
