I have 72 Gen 1 cells for sale. 56 of them are in the original 8 cell modules, with the remaining loose 16 cells. I have spot tested for capacity and they appear to have 65% of original capacity of 500Wh per cell.

Price is $35/cell. I'm negotiable if you would like to take all.

These could be configured into a 14s10p configuration that would conservatively yield 20-25kWh at 48v

Pickup in San Diego County. No shipping is available.

Swindled would imply that I was attempting to pursuade, mislead or take advantage of someone. None of which is true, so you may want to consider that before making such an accusation.

Also, there are many DIY'ers that have existing Leaf builds and would like to increase capacity on an exiting build or replace individual cells.

LFP is superior in my opinion as well, but I'm not making that comparison in my post.

I used Leaf modules for several years. They are easy to combine and they provided me good service at the time. I sold them two years ago for a similar price to a local guy who was going to power some small scooters.
