The original and only written reason was that after my house burnt down I lived in my RV that has sat here for 15+ years for more than 14 days. If I remove it ( it is on a foundation with no axels) then I can have power as soon as I have a permit to build a house, but as above they claim I'm in a river and won't give me a permit. Apparently you can only live in an RV in a county owned RV park, but I've got nowhere else to go. I have built a house (by myself) but since it is unpermitted still no (store bought) power.
