On grid solar system - ATS needed or not

Hi to all,

I am looking of adding Solar System to my house.
Due to the fact that here inb my country it is pretty complicated ans slow and there are not a lot of cost benefit, I want to add solar system wihout Bi-directional meter.

Since I want solar system to be on-grid (because I want to supply whole house with solar(10kw system), when possible) I don't know if I need ATS?
From what I understood, ATS is not needed, but how will then I know that my home apllicences use some of Solar System instead of a grid power?

I would connect solar system(inverter) directly to my main fuse, attached schema how would I connect it.
