Hello, I'm new to this forum and to the Solar energy world. I live in the Caribbean and run a small grocery. I am trying to offset electricity cost by investing in a solar system. However, we do not have a system here that allows feeding back into the grid. Is it possible to set up a system that seamlessly prioritizes power from the solar panel and supplements it with power from the grid to satisfy the load demands with absolutely no back feeding into the grid. I do not want to invest in batteries, I am just interested in offsetting cost rather than going completely solar. So essentially I am trying to offset cost by using power from the sun when it is available. Thanks in advance for any help.
