Optimizer + Multiple String

I have East, South and West roofs. Obviously I should not string my panels into a single string.
So I thought of installing 3 strings. Unfortunately, my MPPT cannot accommodate the current.


A friend suggested installing a Current Limiter before entering the MPPT.
The only purpose-built current limiter would be an Optimizer as shown.

Your opinion: Good idea? Bad Idea?

No need for a current limiter.
The SCC will only draw what it needs.
Voltage is pushed, but current must be drawn.
