So I ran across this today:
Power Queen 12.8V 410Ah LiFePO4 Battery, 5248Wh Energy Lithium Battery Built in 250A BMS

Price is more than double the 200 Ah, but the size is the same.
Weight is 36 kg at 410 Ah. The 200 Ah is 22 kg.
Picture shows 8 cells, so 4S2P cell config.

Here is where I am a little skeptical.
Is it really possible to pack that many cells in the same case as the 200 Ah versions?
If so, while the price is a premium, it would allow more energy density for tighter fits.

Part of the skepticism may also come from reading the posts about fake 420 ah individual cells.
But the drawing doesn't show 4 big cells, it shows 8. So it should not be really related.

For some bizarre reason they put their cells into a totally oversized case with tons of empty space:

Notice how that 400ah ampertime is nearly the same size.

Thanks. I missed the Ampere time.

I also came back to say that I thought I answered my own question.
There are 200 Ah 24 vdc batteries at the approximate same weight and size, so of course the cells have to fit.

One reason for the oversize-cases may be to make it more convenient as a drop-in replacements for existing lead-acid nearly the same size so one can utilize the same existing main dc cables as before without having to make new cables a bit longer.

My theory anyway. :)
