I have a 12.8V 190AH Power Queen Battery and I wanted to buy a second one to put them in series for a 24V battery. They are out of stock of the 190AH battery but they have a 12.8V 200AH battery available. Would it be ok to put a 190ah battery and a 200ah battery in series since they are pretty close or should it be an exact match?

Always best to ensure elements of a series string are as identical as possible. The 200Ah will be fine, but you will have a 190Ah 24V battery.
Make sure you fully charge both individually to 14.4V and then again in parallel to 14.4V for at least two hours before making 24V out of them. Critical that they both be balanced at 100% when placing in series.
