I have a MPP 2424lv.
The manual gives me some PV array parameters:
My questions are:
*Should my max amps from array >80?
*Why do they recommend 2s4p?
*Can I have any wattage of array as long as it’s >145v?
*Is there a limit on max. amps?

Try to minimize current from arrays to reduce wire size.
2s4p is an example. I have 3s2p. You could do 2s2p
Voc sum of your serial connected panels should not be higher than 145.
Vmp sum of your serial connected panels should not be higher than 115.

Hey Silgen,
I have 6 panels currently looking to connect to my lv2424.
The sticker shows open circuit voltage 44.3.
Voltage at pmax 35.6.
So do I understand this to be voc =44.3 x 3=139?
And.
Voltage at pmax=Vmp 35.6 x3=106.8.
If that is correct I should be able to wire like yours 3S2P?
Do I need some 3 to 1 mc4 connectors?
