RECIPE: upside down pizza(for the less discerning)

Fry a pan of bacon to the half way point.
Flip bacon and make it into a single unified surface.
Put some shredded mozzarella cheese on the bacon.
Put some spaghetti sauce on top of the cheese.
Puts some pizza veggies on top of the sauce.
I like olives and a bit of pineapple.
Put a piece of flat bread on top of the stack.
Cook covered at low heat until the cheese melts.
Should come out of the pan in ~one piece(more or less).

That sounds really good..... but you had me as soon as you said "fry a pan of bacon".
