Renogy Inverter charger wiring advice

Hi All,, i have a very similar setup to this one on the mobile power website 400w solar setup but i am using the renogy 3000w inverter charger here 3000w inverter can anyone tell me if it wires up in the same way. I cant help thinking there may need to be some form of communication between the devices to know which one is charging vs the other. I had originally planned to wire them both to the positive busbar but what happens if they are both charging at the same time?

Have just found this and if it is correct, it appears that it doesn't matter and i am worrying over nothing. Any confirmation would be appreciated.

it doesn't matter if they charge at the same time. No communication necessary. The solar charge controller won't kick in unless there is an absence of mains AC power and the battery voltage drops below the boost/bulk reconnect value (usually around 13.2v)
